Material:
PC is preferred, followed by PC+ABS
Material is the most critical component of luggage. Common materials include ABS, PP, ABS+PC, and pure PC.
100% pure PC: It is the main material used in mid-to-high-end boxes now, and the cost is several times higher than ABS and ABS+PC. The fall resistance, pressure resistance and flexibility are all a higher level than the previous materials.
ABS+PC: a new type of composite material. Mainly made of ABS, the surface is covered with a layer of PC material, which makes up for the shortcomings of ABS that are not beautiful enough. The toughness is greatly improved, and the pressure resistance and fall resistance are better than pure ABS materials.
ABS: Lightweight and cheap. However, it has low scratch resistance and is prone to deformation or breakage.
PP: Smooth surface, wear-resistant, easy to clean. However, its durability and impact resistance are relatively poor, and its service life is relatively short.
Wheels: Choose silent universal wheels. The wheel skin material can be TPE material or TPU material. Such wheels will be smoother to push and pull, and have better cushioning capabilities.
Pull rod: Choose aluminum alloy double tie rod, which is strong and tough and not easy to be rusted.
Lock: If you are going to the United States, Japan, Germany, Japan and other countries, you must choose a suitcase with a TSA customs lock. Security or customs personnel can open and inspect the suitcase without damaging the box or lock.
Handle: There are two key points in the handle. The first is whether there is a handle on the side of the box. Many friends buy boxes that only have handles on the top. This will be particularly inconvenient in future use.
Secondly, check whether the connection between the handle and the box is firm and whether the material is reliable. Be sure to refuse to buy inferior plastic handles and designs that use nails to fix the handles to the box. TPE handles have good feel and durability. Grinding is non-toxic and has good anti-slip properties, be sure to choose ones with reasonable separation. In this way, many items can be stored separately according to categories. Look at the interior: When purchasing a suitcase, it will be tidier and more convenient to take things. The more high-quality the suitcase, whether it is from the lining or interior Zippers, X strap buckles, and compartments will all be made more refined.
